3. User Generated Content

When you create charts, gift cards, or memes using TailorToken:

You retain full ownership of the content you generate.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright laws or promote hate speech.
TailorToken assumes no liability for how you use the assets generated on our platform.

In no event shall TailorToken, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct ,indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
